You’re the kind of person who, when you put your mind to something you can make anything happen. Step 1/3: Where you are now

You’re a planner and can juggle a lot of things at one time, which can be a good thing but then you also find that you’re brain never stops and feel stressed a lot of the time. Even though you’re confident and fun on the outside, you worry about everything more than you let others know. You might even go as far as to say you feel anxious a lot of the time. If only someone could just come and reprogram your brain so that you don’t feel so stressed all of the time.

You just want to be in control of your mind, so you can enjoy life more and not think about things so much. Step 1/3: Where you are now

You’re an ideas person who loves to have progress in their life and feels uncomfortable when things are standing still. But life isn’t forming in the way you had expected, which leaves you feeling disappointed and frustrated. FREEDOM

 

Step 1/3: Where you are now

You’re smart and sassy, you have really good friends and you’d say that life is good… but you can’t shift the nagging feeling that something just isn’t right. Work’s okay, but it doesn’t light you up anymore. You keep saying that you’ll look after yourself more, but you never properly commit – it’s like you have a positive voice on one shoulder and a negative on the other, when all you want to do is shake away the unhappiness so you can get back to loving life again. You feel like you shouldn’t have anything to be ungrateful for, which makes it all the more frustrating because you should be happy, but you’re not.

Step 2/3: Where you want to be

You’re actually on the verge of a huge transformation, but you just haven’t met your catalyst yet and fear of the unknown is holding you back from breaking free. You know that there is something bigger out there for you, that this life, the way you feel right now, can not be ‘it’, but you are only stepping one foot into breaking free and becoming who you really want to be because it feels scary to jump both feet into the unknown.

Right now the universe sees that you want change, but because you’re staying in your job or your relationship, for example, when what you really want to do is leave, it’s getting mixed messages. The universe responds well to big, bold moves and when it gets the clear sign that you are serious, it will arrange all of the other steps in alignment and make it easy for you.

CONFIDENCE

 

Step 1/3: Where you are now

You love to help others and are always there to support your friends, but you realise that sometimes you give too much and you want to make this year about you. Something has changed within you and you finally feel ready to grab life by the cojones. You’ve spent too long wondering “What if?” and pleasing those around you, that you’ve let life pass you by, at times living it for those around you. Not now though. It’s time to write a new chapter, to turn over a new leaf and to make this year your year.

Step 2/3: Where you want to be

If you ever felt ready for positive change in your life, the time is now. But what has always held you back is the confidence to just go of it, so it’s easier to make your life about other people, to busy yourself with their needs, so you can hide from what you want to change in your life. Deep down though, this causes resentment, tiredness and disappointment. You know there’s much more out there for you and this time, you’re going to get it!

By simply asking yourself “What do I want?” you begin on a journey of making your life about you. Don’t be surprised if you can’t find the answer straightaway or if not having an answer stirs up some deep emotion in you. Step 1/3: Where you are now

You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you’re highly capable and flourish when you’re working to tight deadlines, but the fear of the unknown can hold you back from taking big leaps. Somewhere in our history, we swapped our most valuable gift of time, for money. On average, we spend more than 99,000 hours in a lifetime at work, so it makes sense that if you’re not getting that time back, you spend it feeling happy, right?

You can have everything you’re dreaming of, whether you’ve started your own business, think of becoming your own boss or you’d just love to have a job you love – it’s possible! Whatever it is you’re dreaming of doing, ask yourself, “Is there someone in the world already doing this, living like that or making that money?” I guarantee the answer is yes, which is great because it means it’s possible.

The distance between winning gold over silver is usually short, but it’s the final push that’s the hardest – no one ever regrets winning gold.
